As DISC-certified consultants, we can help a team — from senior executives to a pod — better understand each other's preferences and likely behaviors across a range of situations.
With the DISC methodology, each individual completes a short questionnaire and receives a detailed report about their profile. They're typically spookily accurate.
We then create a range of reports that combine individual profiles and shows how a team tends to operate in general, when they are under stress, and where different style may clash.
We then conduct team and/or small group sessions to help people understand their colleagues better, and make action plans for cultural improvement.
It's a powerful tool for both self-awareness and group dynamics. It can help a team having some challenges improve, and help a performing team get even sharper
DISC identifies four primary behavioral preferences that we all have various degrees of:
D - Dominant - People with a high D personality type are typically risk-takers and self-starters.
I - Influence - People with a strong I personality thrive being around people and are the life of the party.
S - Stability - S personalities are often described as a rock. They seek out stability and routine in life.
C - Conscientious - C personalities are described as perfectionists, and place great value on being accurate.
